Critical Protocol

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Bullying, harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate conduct of any kind is strictly prohibited. Any violation results in an immediate and permanent platform ban.

Verified & Trained Moderators

Every single room is hosted by a vetted moderator who has undergone background screening and safety training. They are present for the entire duration of every call.

The Cookie Rules

    Never share names, phone numbers, school names, or social media handles.

    Open Space

    We recommend using your webcam in a common area of your house (like the living room).

    Polite Speech

    Always use inclusive and kind language. Respect differences in culture and opinion.

    See something, Say something

    Report any conduct that makes you feel uncomfortable immediately to your moderator.
