Every interaction is a sacred trust. As a moderator, you have the authority and responsibility to terminate any session where the "Art of Talking & Listening" is corrupted by bad conduct.

Immediate Response

If you witness bullying, harassment, or inappropriate sharing, end the room immediately. You do not need admin approval to act in the moment of safety risk.

PII Prevention

Personal Identifiable Information (PII) sharing is strictly prohibited. Stop any exchange of socials, addresses, or phone numbers instantly.

Operational Security

Vetting Members

Ensure every participant in your room matches the expected profile. Report any discrepancies to Admins via the session log.

Scheduled Punctuality

Arrive 5 minutes early to secure the virtual space. A moderator must be the first one in and the last one out of the room.

Final Verification

Upon session end, submit a safety report. Confirming the session was free of incidents or documenting any interventions.

Neutral Ground

Maintain professional neutrality. Your role is to foster conversation between participants, not to become a participant yourself.

Boundaries

Like participants, do not share your private contact information. All communication with platform users must remain within Talk Over Cookies.
