Our moderators are the front line of our safety commitment. Maintaining a zero-tolerance environment for bad conduct.
Every interaction is a sacred trust. As a moderator, you have the authority and responsibility to terminate any session where the "Art of Talking & Listening" is corrupted by bad conduct.
If you witness bullying, harassment, or inappropriate sharing, end the room immediately. You do not need admin approval to act in the moment of safety risk.
Personal Identifiable Information (PII) sharing is strictly prohibited. Stop any exchange of socials, addresses, or phone numbers instantly.
Ensure every participant in your room matches the expected profile. Report any discrepancies to Admins via the session log.
Arrive 5 minutes early to secure the virtual space. A moderator must be the first one in and the last one out of the room.
Upon session end, submit a safety report. Confirming the session was free of incidents or documenting any interventions.
Maintain professional neutrality. Your role is to foster conversation between participants, not to become a participant yourself.
Like participants, do not share your private contact information. All communication with platform users must remain within Talk Over Cookies.
